Essential Job Duties:

  • Performs general housekeeping duties, such as:  vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces in area(s) as directed by supervisor.
  • Performs specific work duties and responsibility as assigned by supervisor in the order of priority set.


   Other Duties:

  • Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition and in a safe manner
  • Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
  • Keeps work area in safe and sanitary condition and follows guidelines for proper use of housekeeping chemicals.
  • Maintains resident confidentiality at all times.


  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. 
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
