Bistro Lead Server- Full Time

Do you have experience working in managing or leading staff in café’s or do you have fine dining room experience? Love working with Seniors and have great customer service skills? Then we would like to meet you!

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:  

  • Inspect Bistro food preparation areas and dining areas for cleanliness, orderliness and security in order to ensure the safety of residents and staff
  • Communicate with residents during meal hours with regard to dining issues
  • Supervise Bistro staff daily ensuring that all side-work is completed, dining areas are cleaned and ready for service etc.

 

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school graduate
  • Two or more years of dining room or fine dining restaurant experience, preferred
  • Experience with cash handling and control
  • First Aid certification
  • Must speak, read and write English
  • Able to perform physical demands of this position and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
Rate Information:
Full time; 40 hours per week; $16.00-20.00+ per hour depending on experience, plus benefits. Weekends as needed.

The Fine Print:
