Come join our great team at Casa de las Campanas! We are a life plan senior living community where our residents enjoy the retirement that the desire. We offer a weekend differential of $3/hr. if you are in a lead role and a weekend differential of $2/hr. if not in a lead role. In addition, we offer $1.25/hr. differential for PM shift and $1.50/hr. differential for NOC shift. We have great per diem opportunities are available in all levels of care.
Your compensation level will be based on your past work experience.
We offer a $1000 retention bonus ($500 paid at six months of employment and $500 paid after one year of employment) for full time, part time and per diem positions if you meet availability/hours requirement for most levels of care.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Current CA CNA certification preferred but not required.
- First Aid certification, prior experience working with seniors and/or individuals with dementia preferred but not required.
Rate of pay: Starting at $21.50/hr. based on experience - Weekend shift differential of $2/hr. plus shift differential of $1.25/hr. for PM shifts & $1.50/hr. for Noc Shifts.
