You would be responsible for ensuring that our grounds are well kept and assist our maintenance department. Duties include but are not limited to: Trash removal, demolition debris removal, cleaning carports, monitoring all common areas for trash and debris and assisting the maintenance team. You would work closely with landscaping contractor. Must be able to pass background checks required for licensed facility. Must possess valid CA drivers license. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Rate; $16.00 per hour

You must be able to pass background checks required by a licensed residential care facility. Many of the roles in our community require that we ask about your vaccination status. Please note that all employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.
