Licensed Vocational Nurse: Wellness Clinic - Per Diem Shifts

Come join our great team serving seniors and be the nurse you went to school to be! LVN's needed for Per Diem shifts in our Assisted Living, Dementia Care and Wellness departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):
• Providing nursing oversight and nursing services to residents
• Medication administration supervision
• Interacting with physicians, family members, visitors and other providers
• Staff oversight and documentation


Rate and Shift Information: 

Wage Range: $24 to $34 per hour; per hour based on years of experience and level of care hired for plus shift differentials for PM $1.25/hr. and NOC $1.50/hr.

Typical Shifts, all are 8 hours: AM 7:00 – 3:30; PM 3:00 PM to 11:30 & NOC 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Must be available to work weekends and holidays per rotation. 

 

Per Diem Scheduling Requirements: Per Diem staff have a minimum monthly/availability shift requirement, ask us for details. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays per rotation.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Current and clear CA LVN License 
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Dementia care experience is a plus!
