The Administrative Assitant(Sales Department) reports directly to the  Sales and Marketing Director.  Primary responsibilities will include report generation of sales and marketing activities; communication with prospective and current residents on marketing inquiries by telephone and in person; assigned follow-up with prospective/current residents; assisting with the sales process, to a limited extent, under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing; coordinating the move-in and move-out details so that units are available for incoming residents on a timely basis; and managing the ordering of supplies, tracking of expenses, and availability of collateral materials for the residency counselors. 

A minimum of two years of experience as a marketing assistant, coordinator, or other key marketing support staff member or a minimum of 2 years of proven administrative coordination experience. Prefer college level courses in in marketing or business.

Excellent communication skills are essential.  Good command of proper written and spoken English is necessary.  Accuracy in simple math is essential for report generation.

Along with good reasoning ability for proper processing of information, excellent computer skills with marketing, database, word processing, desktop publishing programs is required. Excellent time management skills and tracking of multiple projects.

This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to assist non-ambulatory visitors.
