Casa de las Campanas is an exceptional life plan senior living community located in Rancho Bernardo where residents enjoy the retirement that they desire. We are looking for motivated environmental services professionals to perform high quality work and provide superior customer service to residents.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Working with a partner, clean residential units: vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and clean carpets as needed
  • Clean designated office spaces
  • Wash interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis
  • Maintain public and common areas of the facility in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition
  • Identify and report need for repairs, unsafe conditions and respond appropriately in emergency situations
Rate and Shift Information: 
Wage Range: $15.50 per hour; based on experience

Shift: AM Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Monday thru Friday 

 

 

Minimum Requirements:
 
  • One year of previous experience working in a hospitality or institutional/health care housekeeping environment, preferred
  • Ability to communicate at a basic level, orally and in writing, in English
  • Ability to measure and proportion cleaning chemicals and solvents and calculate linen and supplies needed for work assignment
  • Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
  • Able to meet physical demands of position: Push and pull carts and equipment, up to 100 lbs. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to use necessary cleaning equipment including: carpet cleaning equipment, wet and dry vacuum
  • Able to measure and proportion cleaning chemicals and solvents
  • Able to calculate the amount of linen and supplies needed for work assignment
  • Able to pass background checks for a licensed community
  • Able to wear personal protective equipment including masks and gloves as required by the CDC

The Fine Print:
