POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for working with the Director of Marketing & Sales to successfully build occupancy thru referral lead generation and move ins. Will attend all required community functions and networking opportunities. 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.  Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Sales to plan and implement   

     referral activities.

2.  Refer inquiries to the property to the sales team.       

3.  Have a working knowledge of other senior living communities in the area. 

4.  Participate in marketing events.

5.  Participate in generating resident and prospective referrals.

6.  Participate in community outreach efforts including:

     a.  One on one appointments

     b.  Luncheon meetings and presentations

     c.  Industry related networking meetings

     d.  Attend/sponsor industry related expos and conferences

     e.  Off site educational presentations

     f.   Public relations opportunities

     g.  Consistent follow up with all networking contacts

 

    

 

    

 

 

1.  Bachelor's degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred)

2.  One year experience in marketing/sales preferred.

3.  One year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field

4.  One year experience in hospitality preferred

 

Must possess current and valid driver's license and a personal driving record consistent with the requirements of the driver selection policy.

 

Proficiency in the English language.

Ability to utilize computer software including Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to prepare timely and accurate reports.

Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Must be a team player.
