We currently have a vacancy for a full-time residential Housekeeper. This person will be responsible for cleaning resident homes in addition to the following duties:
- Performs cleaning services to residents on a daily basis.
- Performs annual deep cleans as needed.
- Cleans floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items. High and low dust, sweeps, dry and wet mops, vacuums carpets, and rugs.
- Cleans all bathrooms, scours and polishes tubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar equipment.
- Cleans and polishes glass panels, doors, and partitions.
- Straightens and rearranges furniture, waters plants, empties and washes wastebaskets, and cleans ashtrays.
- Cleans building utility areas, closets, offices, lounges, lobbies, entrances, halls, meeting rooms, and stairways.
- Removes soiled laundry and returns clean laundry to residences in an organized manner.

At least one-year prior experience in a hotel or resort environment. Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend written and oral instructions in English. Must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday. Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and push/pull on a cart.
