We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Attendant. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality.

We currently have the following shifts available: Full-time, Monday - Friday and Part-time, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Housekeeping Attendants at The Glenview at Pelican Bay perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department to assure that our community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Housekeeping Attendants are responsible with the following services including but not limited to:

  • Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
  • Consistently clean assigned areas of responsibility according to Environmental Services standards.
  • Inventory stock to ensure that adequate supplies are on the cart.
  • Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in resident rooms, recreational areas, etc., daily as instructed.
  • Clean, wash, sanitize, and or polish bathroom fixtures. Ensure that water marks are removed from fixtures.
  • Clean windows/mirrors in resident rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms, and entrance/exit ways.
  • Clean floors, to include sweeping, dusting & damp/wet mopping.
  • Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
  • Is friendly and helpful with residents and keeps a positive spirit and well-groomed personal appearance while representing The Glenview.
