We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Front Desk Receptionist.

The Front Desk Receptionist at The Glenview at Pelican Bay is responsible for providing service to our residents, visitors, and staff by offering information and assistance in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.


The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the following services including. but not limited to:

  • Greet all residents and visitors in a friendly, cheerful, and professional manner.
  • Maintain all required daily reports and log all incidents and activities that take place during the shift.
  • Monitor and respond to all emergency security systems.
  • Dispatch messages for security, transportation, maintenance, and nurses via mobile radio.
  • Perform Resident Services Desk Services: accept and dispense packages, prescriptions, flowers, etc.; operate multi-line phone systems; record resident's change of status.
