The purpose of this role will be to support the Senior Living Management (SLM) and Development business lines. This position is responsible for processing of accounts payable and employee expense reports, as well as other related duties.

What You Need To Know

  • Processes accounts payable for various entities

  • Compares accounts payable invoice payments to payment check register to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments

  • Support field employees and community requests

  • Responsible for interacting with external customers regarding new supplier setup and W-9 documentation

  • Research internal and external questions

  • Process and verify employee expense reimbursements

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Two year Accounting degree or equivalent experience processing Accounts Payable  

  • Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office( Excel and Word) and computer knowledge and/or experience

Even Better 

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Good telephone and e-mail etiquette skills

  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts

  • Uses good routine judgment when making decisions

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; good organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Must have good customer service skills
