Do you love working with data, analytics, and excel?  If yes, keep reading.  We have an awesome opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing HR team.  This is a brand new role, created due to a need for more rigorous and in-depth compensation analysis.  The role, Compensation Analyst, is responsible for enterprise-wide administration of LCS’s compensation and incentive programs.

 

This role supports all compensation initiatives including data analyses, completion of salary surveys, and market pricing of positions using survey data and internal salary statistics. This position will also assist in designing and implementing new programs that attract and retain top talent.

What You Need To Know


   In this role, you will have the opportunity to help with:

  • Annual Compensation and Incentive Programs
    • Administration of annual compensation and incentive programs
    • Manage the total reward compensation process

  • Compensation surveys and market data

    • Completion of annual salary surveys

    • Analysis of compensation survey data

  • Compensation administration

    • Responsible for day-to-day administration of compensation plans and policy documentation.

    • Work alongside managers and HR business partners as required for market pricing of new roles, either for recruiting or during restructures, transfers, promotions etc.

    • Analyzes internal and external salary and wage data, completes job evaluations, and recommends job levels and job titles in accordance with established company structure and guidelines. Consults with and communicates results to HR Business Partners.

    • Prepares and maintains company-wide job description records; develops and maintains job description reference library.

  • Bonus and incentive plan administration

    • Ensure all bonuses and incentives are processed accurately and timely

  • HCM Cloud

    • Administrator of the compensation module within HCM Cloud

  • Projects / other

    • Provides input into the design of new programs; develops associated policy and procedures documentation and other supporting communications.

    • Key contact during annual audit reviews

    • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and respond to complex questions and issues from managers, team members, and employees while escalating cases as appropriate.

    • Collaborate with team members to identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives across all programs.

    • All other duties as assigned.





What We Are Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Finance, or Business Management preferred).

  • Requires 2+ years prior data analytics experience.

  • Attainment of work toward a professional compensation certification (CCP) preferred.

  • Prior compensation experience in a professional services environment a plus.

  • Proficiency with HRIS administration systems. 
  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Requires strong analytical, and problem solving skills; must be highly detail oriented.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; requires approachable, responsive, results oriented and proactive personal traits.

  • Requires strong organizational, project and time management skills.

  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in all matters related to employee compensation and benefits.

  • Comfortable working independently, collaboratively as part of a team, and with changing priorities and with a customer-focused perspective.
