What You Need To Know

  • Partners with communities and key business stakeholders to increase efficiencies and lead special projects to assist in improving functionality within financial systems.

  • Analyzes new version releases for applicability to LCS and LCS Managed Communities.

  • Evaluates new system functionality to determine what value it could provide to LCS and LCS Managed communities.

  • Implements new system functionality where applicable.

  • Responsible for all aspects of standardized training on assigned Financial Systems

  • Updates and maintains Financial Systems manuals and end user documentation used for training.

  • Tests changes in the Financial Systems that will affect support to the end users.

  • Completes community implementations onto the Financial Systems.

  • Works closely with the software vendor support team to resolve issues and recommend enhancements.

  • Resolve support cases escalated to LCS by vendor.

     

What We Are Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, other related field and/or history of continuing education, job responsibilities or relevant experience

  • Two (2) plus years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility Resident Billing, Census, and Financial Systems preferred.

  • Demonstrates customer service skills in providing services to a variety of clients/customers.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and extremely detail oriented.

  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Ability to take initiatives in tasks showing good judgment in routine decisions.

  • Ability to maintain a professional manner in a fast paced environment.
