LCS is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and skilled Marketing and Sales Intern to work in accordance with established policies and procedures of the Sales Engagement Team and the Senior Living Marketing & Sales Division. The Sales Engagement Team is responsible for training, education and talent development for senior living community marketing and sales personnel; marketing and sales performance metrics and data analysis; business-to-consumer marketing; and the establishment and documentation of processes and best practices for senior living community marketing and sales. 


The ideal intern candidate will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. This candidate will gain hands-on experience working on challenging and meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.


The Marketing and Sales Intern will report directly to the Director of Sales Engagement with significant interaction and collaboration with the entire Sales Engagement Team.

What You Need To Know


  • Developing and editing content and supporting a variety of training, education and talent development programs.

  • Interviewing subject matter experts and writing newsletter articles and/or developing other educational content, including podcasts, blogs, videos, etc.

  • Supporting business-to-consumer digital and social media marketing efforts.

  • Developing, documenting, editing and fact-checking quality standards and other documented processes.

  • Mystery shopping senior living communities via website contact forms, assemble and analyze results.

  • Serve as the backup to the Digital Sales Specialist by responding to senior living community digital inquires.

  • Compiling and analyzing consumer and sales performance data.



What We Are Looking For

LCS is looking for a candidate pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration or related field.

 

Even Better 

  • Highly developed organizational skills required to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Analytical skills for use in evaluating metrics, preparing reports and doing research.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Creativity to enhance training content development. 

  • High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite.  

  • Quick learner, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
