The IT Project Manager will guide the execution, planning, coordinating, requirements, timelines, processes, standards, resources and expectations for IT projects in the LCS corporate office and business units.

What You Need To Know

  • Responsible for planning, directing, scheduling and coordinating projects from initiation to implementation to completion

  • Manages the scope, cost, quality and schedule of assigned project(s)

  • Determine project stakeholders, roles, timelines and communications plans

  • Determine internal resources and/or vendor partners required to complete projects

  • Conduct post-completion feedback sessions and retrospectives for continuous improvement

  • Maintain clear, visible, and accessible documentation and project plans

  • Build and enhance relationships with technology team members, seeking to drive and foster collaboration and team work

  • Measure progress, report status and keep track of the overall technical services initiatives and priorities

  • Assist IT Leadership with risk assessments, resource allocation, and budgeting as it relates to assigned projects

  • Compiles and reports current and accurate project metrics, status and progress

  • Provides leadership, direction and mentoring to personnel to achieve maximum effectiveness; maintains effective communication within the department

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology-related field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology

  • PMP Certification preferred

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management

  • Experience working within the healthcare and/or senior living industries a plus


Even Better 

  • Experience leading a development team to successfully deliver software applications and solutions

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency with project management concepts and terminology

  • Familiar with Information Technology concepts and terminology

  • Extensive experience managing project budgets and reporting

  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed

  • Ability to interpret business needs and break down work to ensure desired delivery
