What You Need To Know

  • Creation of marketing plans for development communities and ensuring execution

  • Review strategy and tactics of all marketing plans to ensure adequate lead generation

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager on email content and campaigns

  • Manage secret shop program for rental division and report on  results

  • Training and orientation of LCS Marketing to community teams

  • Responsible for effective direct Mail, print media and broadcast strategies

  • Monitoring of marketing spend

  • Marketing budget recommendations for operational and development communities

  • Content creation and ownership in conjunction with the ad agencies

  • Facilitate community brand development and monitor execution

  • SalesForce lead source / campaign ownership for traditional media

  • Manage agency relationships and costs

  • Analyze CRM data quarterly on a division scale to identify key trends and opportunities

  • Monitor and report on cost per lead, tour and move-in

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience preferred

Even Better 

  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and database systems

  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Detail oriented
