What we are looking for
  • Prefer two or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living industry.
  • Four year college degree in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent in education, training and experience.
  • Assisted Living licensure or certification in state if required
Even better
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.
  • Capable of knowing and understanding the dynamics of the competitive marketplace
