The purpose of this role will be to support our Rental communities in the Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, and St. Louis, MO areas to achieve move-in and occupancy goals. The Regional Marketing and Sales Director will work with the onsite sales and operations teams providing strategic support and sales coaching and mentoring.

What You Need To Know
  • Assist in building a sales culture at the community level
  • Work with team to develop sales and marketing goals
  • Work with team to implement lead generation tactics
  • Monitor sales closing ratios and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Motivate the sales staff
  • Prepare and present report on sales and occupancy progress
  • Monitor sales and marketing plan execution
  • Active involvement in community outreach activities and events
  • Oversee the community advertising and promotional activities
  • Communicate with primary advertising agency on ongoing campaigns for assigned communities
  • Active participation in sales presentations to assist staff and community performance in direct sales whenever needed
  • Work cooperatively with operations staff to develop, implement and execute all areas pertaining to marketing and sales
What We Are Looking For
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the Senior Living industry including Rental Independent Living, Assisted Living and/or Memory Support 
  • Marketing and sales oversight at a minimum of 3 communities.
  • Direct work experience that encompasses the entire sales and marketing process
  • Proven results in occupancy development
 
Even Better 
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate and present in person, in writing, and on the telephone
  • Previous experience monitoring sales and marketing plans
  • Previous experience successfully achieving developed sales and marketing goals

Travel Frequency: 60-80% travel is required (3-4 days per week)
