As an IT Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and supporting custom or third party software applications.  You will oversee application integrations in support of the strategic IT objectives of LCS.

What You Need To Know

  • Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex platforms and applications.
  • Collaborate with business partners, understand source systems and business processes that impact the company’s key data
  • Investigate, code, troubleshoot, test, and verify both data integrity and functionality based on customer need or feedback.
  • Provides effective support to all levels of the company for products the team is responsible for delivering and maintaining.
  • Assists the development lifecycle of design, testing, implementation, and deployment.
  • Develops and maintains internal documentation.
  • Develop database procedures, packages, ETL processes, and reports.
  • Identify opportunities and develop integrations to enhance or improve business processes.
  • Build and manage multiple external vendor relationships


What We Are Looking For

  • 4 year degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions

  • Experience with HTML, Web API, Web services, JavaScript and CSS

  • Experience with object-oriented development (Java, C#)

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred

  • Experience with reporting packages and database concepts pertaining to Microsoft SQL Server products

  • Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Knowledge and understanding of data mapping, mining or modeling

  • Ability to understand client concerns, questions and problems

  • Ability to understand short and long term costs, benefits, and risks of technical solutions

  • Ability to translate preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans, solutions, and test scripts.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Able to accept and adapt to a changing environment and changing priorities
