The Systems Support Analyst (HR and Payroll Systems) provides functional support to users of the LCS IT Applications and collaborates with users and key stakeholders on related issues.

What you need to know
  • Provides end user support to users of IT Applications
  • Analyzes the support needed by the users and determines if the issue can be resolved by the support or a technical team
  • Resolves end users support issues or works with other technical support team members for resolution
  • Utilizes a time/resolution tracking system to document support time and resolution of issues
  • Responsible for all aspects of standardized training on assigned IT Applications including developing courses and creating action guides
  • Liaise with third party vendors on various IT Application support including: issue resolution, enhancements and training
  • Completes business user testing within IT Applications
  • Completes community implementations onto IT Applications
  • Works closely with the Systems Support Team to resolve issues and recommend enhancements
  • Partners with communities and key business stakeholders to increase efficiencies and lead special projects to assist in improving functionality within IT Applications

What we are looking for
  • Two year degree in accounting/finance, information systems, or a related field or equivalent years of related experience
  • Two plus years of related experience
  • Experience with e-learning tools and methodologies preferred

Even better
  • Strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills required
  • Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite -
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and/or general ledger experience preferred
  • Effective problem solving, analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to take initiative and leadership in tasks or projects assigned
  • Ability to maintain a professional manner in a fast paced environment
  • Yardi Voyager, time keeping systems, HCM Cloud and/or Oracle Financial experience preferred but not required
