• Minimum High School diploma; College or Vocational courses in Cooking/Food Preparation preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club or similar institution.
• Cook to order experience required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays a must.
• Current Illinois ServSafe Certification required.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
• A passion for cooking and love for creating an impeccable meal for our residents.
